perfect location for families with friendly staff who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable including complimentary hygiene items upon request

The room felt brand new, and there were plenty of nearby dining options. The atmosphere was cute with attentive service, and we enjoyed our stay.

It was great base for traveling to Riverside, I was glad to stay there. I liked a freshly cooked breakfast.

It has great setting close to everything.

Unexpected parking challenges

The room was spacious and included thoughtful features like charging ports beside each bed. The staff was friendly and provided really good service throughout our stay. We appreciated the complimentary coffee available 24/7.

We had to use a distant garage, inconvenient and didn't warrant the full parking fee we were charged.

The hotel room was amazing and outstanding.

The room was immaculately clean, offered useful things, such as a microwave, coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator. Had private bathroom with all essentials.

the check-in process was chaotic (lots of people waiting). however, the staff was quick to offer free waters and the breakfast was really good (especially the fresh pastries! ). the location was perfect for my event, and the room was very clean.

So me and the family spent a night and wow, we met the nicest staff! They were quick to help us check in and even gave us a free beer at happy hour for me when we arrived. It's rare these days to get a complimentary drink, right? Plus, snacks and coffee available 24/7 in the lobby were a lifesaver after a long day. The kids loved the heated pool-like, it made their day! They ran right in and didn't wanna leave, which is saying something. I can't recommend this place enough!
